Meet

$0 – Complimentary

You begin with an online virtual or in-showroom Meet & Greet to discuss the scope and goals of your project, and to determine if our products and process are a good fit for your project.

This appointment can span from 30 minutes – 2 hours depending on the appointment type, the project scope, size, and complexity as well as the your pre-appointment preparation. For prep instructions please visit Our Design Process page.

Design

$0 – Complimentary

We will then create an initial design based on the information gathered from your appointments using rough measurements supplied by you.

Our team will have spent approximately 4 – 6 hours on your project already without charge to you. On average our Team spends an additional 30 – 80 hours seeing a project through to completion, depending on the scope and complexity of the design.

Refine

*$350- Design Fee

Upon payment, our designer will schedule a visit to your project site, if applicable, to take detailed measurements and will work with you to revise your design until you are completely satisfied. This will result in a detailed final proposal.

*Our design time is FREE if you place your cabinet order with us within 6 months of your design fee payment. We deduct this amount from your balance due.

Order

**50% – Material Deposit

Once you have made final selections and approve the final design, we collect a 50% deposit, or in some cases payment in full on quick-ship items and small orders. We will cover all the specific details relating to your purchase during the process.

**Cabinetry is a special order, which requires a 50% deposit. The balance due is payable when the product ships from the cabinet manufacturer.
